Cancellation and Payment Policy
1. PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is due on the date of booking.
The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If you do not have a credit card, an email with additional information about the payment transfer will be sent after the booking is made.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, and the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled within 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-shows or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged (100% non-refundable).
All non-refundable or special rates are fully charged upon reservation.
Reservations cannot be changed, and in case of cancellations, no refund will be received.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BENEFITS:
- Guests can choose between a US$50 Resort F&B Credit or a Complimentary Arrival Airport transfer to the Resort.
- Complimentary access to the beach, including beach chairs and towels.
- Green fee Golf is included in the room rate for the golf special only
- Guests receive a 10% discount on Golf cart rental (full-day rental, not to be used for Golf).
The US$50 Resort Credit cannot be applied to other promotions and can only be used at designated F&B outlets. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- The credit needs to be used during the dates of stay.
- The transfer is only applicable for arrival from the Airport to the Resort for a maximum of 4 persons. A fee for additional persons will be applied.
